The acquisition expands Workwell’s operational footprint in Australia and New Zealand and strengthens support for clients who need to hire, pay, and manage talent across Asia-Pacific with speed and compliance.
For Workwell North America clients, the takeaway is straightforward: faster access to APAC markets with a larger on-the-ground team and deeper delivery capacity. Oncore’s regional expertise, built over 25 years, now operates alongside Workwell’s global infrastructure and long-standing human capital management capabilities.
This acquisition is designed to reduce friction for organizations looking to expand internationally. With Oncore now a part of the Workwell Group, clients now have expanded APAC access with a stronger foothold in Australia and New Zealand allowing for smoother entry into key Asian-Pacific markets.
