401k Retirement Plan
We are pleased to offer eligible employees the opportunity to start saving for retirement through a company 401(k) plan administered by John Hancock Retirement Plan Services and The Platinum 401(k). You may rollover existing 401(k) account balances to the John Hancock plan is all eligibility requirements are met.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Employee must be at least 21 years of age on the eligibility date and reside in the United States. Employee will become eligible to participate on the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Example: Start date of May 15, eligible to join the Plan on July 1.
- Employee must have been paid less than $155,000 through Secure Talent, LLC dba Workwell North America in 2025 to continue to be eligible to contribute to the Plan in 2025. There are no restrictions on current year new hires to participate, although depending on whether or not they are considered a Highly Compensated Employee (HCE) under the IRS guidelines, participation in subsequent years may be limited by this requirement.
