As CEO, Seth guides Workwell North America's approach to Employer of Record (EOR), Managed Service Provider (MSP), and Vendor Management System (VMS) solutions, helping HR, procurement, and talent leaders simplify workforce complexity without sacrificing compliance or control.
Outside of Workwell, Seth coaches executives on servant leadership and performance coaching, two disciplines he sees as directly tied to workforce success. His philosophy is straightforward: the tools matter, but so does the person using them.
