Christian Moro is General Counsel at Workwell North America, where he leads the legal department supporting the company's employer of record and managed service provider offerings on a global scale. With 15+ years in the legal industry, his work spans multi-jurisdictional employment law, contract negotiations, litigation management, and regulatory compliance for workforce solutions clients. He has developed particular expertise in AI employment law compliance, helping organizations navigate emerging regulations around automated decision systems in hiring and workforce management.
Christian believes the best way to improve a society is to participate in the structures that shape it. Outside of Workwell, he serves on the California Lawyers Association's Civic Engagement & Outreach Committee and leads a grassroots neighborhood initiative in San Diego.
