Ariana Lujan

Ariana Lujan is Senior Vice President of Employer of Record/Payrolling at Workwell North America, where she leads the operations, partnerships, and strategy behind the company’s Employer of Record business. Her focus is keeping contingent workforce programs stable, compliant, and ready to grow for the clients who rely on them.

Ariana started her career in retail human resources, leading HR for a 200-plus employee operation. She joined Eastridge Workforce Solutions in 2015 in workforce recruitment before moving into the EOR and payrolling business in 2020, where she rose to Vice President. She carried that role into Workwell North America following the acquisition and was named Senior Vice President in 2026.

That path through HR, recruitment, and high-volume operations gives Ariana a practical view of what employers need from an EOR partner.
